Justin Sherry - President -UK

Justin Sherry is an entrepreneur and executive with more than 30 years of experience across music, film, broadcasting, technology and media rights, with a track record of founding and scaling industry-leading companies.

In 2016 he founded Trilogy Media Group, built on the acquisition of music and media rights from a UK-based firm and the integration of assets from US-based Conexion Group. Trilogy has since grown into a globally recognised music rights and licensing business.

In 2017 he launched Tappa, a mobile technology company that works with major global sports brands, including many of the world's top soccer clubs, among them Real Madrid.

His earlier ventures include co-founding Palan Music Group in the early 1990s, which grew into a global media rights business. He also played key roles in building Compact Media Group, Extreme Music Group and Spirit Music Group, each of which became a leader in its field.

He has also worked with institutions including Film4 and PRS for Music. Based in London - UK

Overseeing all aspects of administration, licensing and distribution accounting for the group. 25 years media rights management encompassing, music, secondary rights, including rights clearance. Heather held previous positions at prominent US and foreign music rights companies - Based in Nashville

Jamie Humphres - CPA Responsible for every aspects of finance within the US Group.

Andrew Rawlings - General Counsel

Leading all aspects of the group’s business & legal affairs, including adherence to regulatory & governance. Andrew has extensive knowledge of international regulations including AMLD 5/6 entertainment law and dispute resolution. - Based in Tennessee & Georgia

Marghie Evans - Head of Administration

Unparalleled music administration and royalty knowledge garnered  over an extensive career in music publishing administration. Marghie has worked for the largest companies in the USA and Europe during her career.  Since 2020, she brings this to Trilogy. A Canadian native - Based in Toronto.

Ayslin Sherry - VP Operations

Client and copyright administration, special projects and distribution accounting. Ayslin is a graduate of Arts University Bournemouth. A love of all things arts. CIPD Level 5.
